Come together to discuss practical actions to put learnings into practice and move beyond food poverty in Haringey.

Chestnuts Community Centre

This is our final Community of Practice meeting, so we will gather in person to discuss how to apply the learning from the Stretching the Pound event in practice. During the event, we designed a food-resilient Haringey and began to think about how to start building it. Our Project Coordinator, Alice will present the learnings from the event, and we will discuss how we can use small practical actions to begin to achieve a Haringey free of food poverty. She will also present some of the resources developed through the Information, Advice and Guidance Project and discuss how they can be used by organisations seeking to deliver signposting.Special guests from HCFN will discuss the work they are doing in the borough and how it can inform partnership working.Please come along to share you thoughts and come away with a practical next step to take.Light refreshments will be provided.
