<p>Description: Walk This Way to experience something completely new as you learn to Nordic Walk! Originating in Finland, this is a total body way to walk using poles to assist with power and stability. During the walk the group will take the time to stop and experience a calming, strengthening thai chi session. Places are strictly limited to 10 per session so be sure to book straight away to secure your spot.</p><p>Meeting point: How Tun Woods car park, LA14 4JD</p>
