Our support services are designed to empower people to take the first step towards recovery and includes: counselling, support groups, wellbeing activities, psychoeducational courses and workshops, and 1:1 emotional support. We also provide mental health training and campaign locally for better mental health awareness. With over one in four people experiencing a mental health problem, the need for timely quality mental health support, advice, and information is vital. We really couldn't continue to provide our services without the generous support of our local community.
