We are an independent, user-led organisation with 24 years of experiences in connecting patients, service users, carers and the public with service redesign. We are rooted in the community with a proven track record of working in an innovative way with communities by ensuring they are at the centre of all the work we do. This enables us to understand what the real issues are, the barriers and the solutions for people to live better lives in Leeds. We work with all communities but have expertise in vulnerable groups.

Together We Can is Leeds Involving People's mental health network. We are hosting a focus group about the Local Transport Plan.

Join us for a community focus group hosted by Together We Can, where we’ll be discussing transport in West Yorkshire.This session is part of a wider project for the West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA), who are developing a brand-new Local Transport Plan. All the feedback we gather will be shared directly with WYCA to help shape how transport looks across our region in the coming years.🚍 What we’ll talk about:<ul><li>Your experiences with buses, trains, walking, and cycling</li><li>What works well and what needs to change</li><li>Ideas for making transport more accessible and inclusive</li><li>Priorities for safer, greener and better-connected travel</li></ul>💡 Why take part?
