An informal, social talk about trail running for social runners.

Wales is full of them, so, it’ll come as no surprise that as the participation of social running increases, so do the number of social runners taking to the trails. </p><p>Join us, as part of the Run Wales #unite festival, as we talk about the dos and donts when it comes to getting out on those hills, where to start, for anyone wanting to get onto the glorious terrain that is trail, and listen to our experts Ginger Al, youtuber, Hengoed Harrier and general mountain goat and Jon and Joni, the family and team, behind Off the Tarmac, a truly inclusive trail running events company, as we discuss the hills and hero’s of the hills. </p>
