Where do I park?

There is free parking in the Rosshall Park car park at the West entrance to the park.  You access the car park using the entrance to Rosshall Hospital.  The What3Word address for the entrance to the park that is next to the car park is - https://w3w.co/refers.bigger.onions

Are there toilets?

Accepted Answer

There are no toilets in the park.  The nearest publicly accessible toilets are at the Aldi on Paisley Road West.

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Please wear comfortable clothing that is suitable for the weather conditions on the day. If it has been raining, then there are a few areas that can get a little squishy, so bring appropriate footwear.

Do I need to bring any equipment?

Accepted Answer

No, we will lend you a disc to use while you are taking part.  However you are welcome to bring a disc (or discs) with you to use.  A three disc beginners set can be purchased for £30-40.  We would suggest a set from a well known brand such as Discraft, Innova, Latitude 64, Discmania.

Can I bring a large group?

If you have more than 4 people in your group, then please get in touch with us.  It is important to us that everyone has the best experience, so having a chat before the event will help us to plan your experience. Go to the "Organised by" section, click "Contact" then "Contact the organiser".

Are there any age restrictions?

Accepted Answer

No.  At the last event we had players from 7 to 70.

Do I need to be super fit to play?

Accepted Answer

No. As long as you are fit enough to walk around a park, you'll be fine.  Rosshall Park is very flat and quite small.  If you play 9 holes then you might end up walking a little over 1 mile.
