Join Belfast Festival in person for a special live webinar, presented from the Vault Gallery.

Vault Artist Studios & Gallery - Marlborough House

A special event in the Festival’s ‘Metamorfoza week’ that brings together four incredible female artists from across Poland and Ireland to discuss in person the hidden processes, commonalities and challenges in their practice .  Anna’s work ‘Alternaria Alternata’ is a visual reference to how nature transforms traces of history into the biosphere. Diana explores relationships between humans and other species, a critical response to over-production, unlimited growth, and our approach to the environment.  Marta’s practice revolves around considering spaces and societal shifts, by utilising remnants of material culture, architecture, and memory.  Yvette’s new work, ‘The Ocean Within’ explores the hidden roles of fish as biological timekeepers and storytellers, embodying a collective memory of the water world.  All four artists will briefly present their visual work before a moderated panel and audience discussion.
