Sappho Events produces events for LGBTQ women and non-binary people in the UK. Our events revolve around common interest activities with a coffee and chat vibe. Our social events encourage making new friends and forming connections with other queer people. We also run dating events for queer women and non-binary people, which will be clearly marked.

Crazy times, crazy year! Are you finding it difficult to stay healthy - physically, and mentally? Help is at hand. 

Crazy times, crazy year! Are you finding it difficult to stay healthy - physically, and mentally? There are a lot of things we can do in our daily habits to help ourselves. The mindset re-set workshop is all about helping you do just that. 2 Spuds in a Pod will take you through letting go of the negativity and learning any lessons from a negative situation, focussing on positivity and how you can help make shifts in your life by using some simple techniques. A workshop full of ideas from two people who have turned their lives around by thinking more positively and letting go of the negative. This is a free online event run on Zoom for LGBTQ women and non-binary people.2 Spuds in a Pod are a wife and wife team of wellbeing coaches taking the holistic approach on your journey through fitness, nutrition, mindset, mental health and goal setting.
