Interactive Workshop -  Supporting people with isolation and loneliness with Leeds Older People's Forum and Voluntary Action Leeds

Join this session to learn about: This session will explore how we can support people experiencing isolation and loneliness, including practical suggestions for how people can expand their social networks and seek opportunities to build meaningful relationships. 
 This session will feature perspectives from: 
 •	Linda Glew, Programme Manager, Time to Shine, Leeds Older People’s Forum 
•	Gary Blake, Social Action Manager, Voluntary Action Leeds

This session is taking place as part of Wellbeing @ Work 2021: COVID-19 and beyond delivered by Leeds Mindful Employer Network.
