Steve Phillip - The Jordan Legacy:

• Steve shares his experience having sadly suffered the loss of his son to suicide, and how Jordan’s experiences at work may have contributed to his decline in mental health.

• The importance of managers requiring higher levels of emotional intelligence, to be able to spot the signs of poor mental health.

• The importance of companies introducing wellbeing policies, which better equip managers to be able to spot the signs and safeguard employees, particularly those working in stressful working environments.

Damian Dawtry - Men's Health Unlocked, Forum Central:

• Sharing his experience in men's health and wellbeing.

• Good practice in engaging men and encouraging men to be open about their mental health.

• An introduction to Men's Health Unlocked, the new Leeds-based network to supporting men's health and wellbeing in Leeds.

Surinder Rall - Leeds and West Yorkshire Suicide Bereavement Service:

Surinder will introduce a new resource offering advice and guidance in supporting an employee who has been bereaved by suicide (this will be available for delegates to download from the conference webpage).
