Cup-O-T: Wellness and Therapy Services is a non-profit occupational therapy service.  We aim to provide mental health occupational therapy to young people and adults in rural parts of Norfolk in a place that is convenient to them and at an early stage.Occupational Therapy uses meaningful activity to enable people to achieve what they want to do and need to do in life.

WildVibes Youth Group Sessions

We are excited to share with you Cup-O-T’s new WildVibes Youth Group in our beautiful woodland.
Designed for 11 – 16-year-olds, there will be 10 spaces at most groups.
Each 2-hour session in nature will help young people experience a range of activities

<h3>WildVibes: Woodcraft and Tool Use Workshop (Ages 11-16)</h3> Let’s practice using different tools to make our own snail sculpture at our next WildVibes workshop!Join Matt, an experienced creative facilitator, and Asim, our supportive youth worker, for a hands-on Woodcraft and Tool Use session in the woodland. <h3>What to Expect:</h3>🪚 Tool use – We will be using four different tools: a saw, a screw driver, palm drill, and a hatchet to split the wood.🐌 Making a snail sculpture – Learn step-by-step how to make your very own snail sculpture.🫖 Cosy creativity – Enjoy the beautiful outdoors and a cup of squash / hot chocolate (with optional marshmallows!) as you create with natural materials. This is an outdoor workshop, so dress appropriately and wear sturdy footwear. We have a covered area in case of rain, so the session will go ahead whatever the weather! 📍 Meeting Point: Cup-O-T’s woodland entrance📅 Date &amp; Time: Saturday, 12th July, 10am-12pm🎟️ Tickets: £3 These sessions are funded by Norfolk Community Foundation.Come and learn about the interesting world of woodcraft and tool use while immersing yourself in nature. We can't wait to practice these with you!
