She got into fitness as a hobby but discovered accessibility was poor in many gyms and classes, and decided it was time to step up.Her aim now is to create accessible programmes and share her passion for health and fitness. Being deaf, her life has always been about overcoming obstacles and defying expectations.Her fitness outlook is so much more than what your body looks like, its about how it makes you feel. Fitness for her has allowed her to overcome her insecurities and achieve things in her life and herself that she never thought possible.
