Our education event to get the conversation started around the menopause. This MenoBodies will look at Homeopathy & the Menopause

Balanced Bodies Injury Rehabilitation places women at the heart of everything we do. A lot of our client&#x27;s are either at some stage of the menopause and we know that there is not enough support and knowledge readily available about the Menopause and how it impacts on women.Whether it is hot flushes, mood swings, incontinence, non-existent libido, a dry vagina, migraines, anxiety or any other number of unwelcome symptoms, education on the Menopause is critical to supporting our women folk through this journey.In April we are running our next MenoBodies educational event to help raise the public&#x27;s awareness of the menopause.Our guest and expert speaker is the amazing Shanagh Telford, serial entrepreneur &amp; Homeopathist:Where modern medicine looks for the common features of perimenopause and menopause to diagnose and treat, homeopathy is very much based at the individual level. You might have frequent hot flushes, for instance, but be more worried about the fact that you feel tired and snappy with your family. You might have symptoms that don’t appear to be menopausal at all, such as going off certain foods or finding the smell of your usual perfume unbearable. More importantly, you might know you’re approaching the menopause and struggling with irregular periods, clotting and mood swings.
