Ensuring a fair, transparent and consistent approach to the application of the disciplinary procedure and how to deal with grievances.

In this session, Natasha Gordon, HR Service Manager, will cover the importance of applying the disciplinary procedure fairly including investigating, formal meetings and appeals. We will also discuss how to deal with any grievance received.Once signed up to this event we will send you a Zoom invitation. Note that you will be required to register with Zoom before you can join. This is a free and simple process but does take a few minutes.
