Gender Equality Training For Men*Donate-what-you-LIKE** Training To Become A COMMUNITY ALLYAre you:Interested in exploring masculinities?Wanting to be a better advocate for gender equality?Tired of the bad rep that men get and want to do something about it?If so, train to become a Beyond Equality Community Ally!<a href="https://www.beyondequality.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Beyond Equality</a> is a charity that works with boys &amp; men towards gender equality, inclusive communities, and healthier relationships.Our Community Allies are a group of self reflective, curious &amp; open minded friends who have taken part in our one day &#x27;Exploring Masculinities&#x27; training. They take the learning into their own lives, and have access to our ongoing community events and trainings. We encourage them to make an impact in their own circles and help us with fundraising events. Our Community Allies can also train up to be workshop volunteers if they wish.&quot;It&#x27;s been a privilege to learn from this community of kind and passionate people&quot;--This text has been added in addition to the large number of sing up over the past few days. -This is not a Sexual Violence prevention workshop- This is a deep dive into your relationship masculinity, and the part you play in a system that perpetuates oppression &amp; results in VAWG- We expect people to attend the whole day of training *Male-identifying &amp; male passing** The most important thing is that you commit to this work, and we know that many people are no longer in a position to donate to charity. However, if you are able to make a donation, please do so - we are a charity that relies on funds to survive and offer this training to other men and young people. Previously this training was only available to our volunteers, who committed to running 5 workshops per year. The cost to us per person is roughly £70 for the day of training.
