The Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh's School Lecture Series provides encouragement and information for young people interested in a career in medicine.

Join us and sit alongside some of Scotland’s top medical professionals as we discuss the role of ethics in medicine today.This is not a typical lecture. You are encouraged (but not required) to come to the event with a question to ask our panel, who will answer it from their perspective as a medical professional. The panel discussion will explore some of the challenging moral and ethical decisions taken by doctors today and take you through the process of dealing with them._____________________This lecture is designed for S4, S5, and S6 students who are considering or curious about a career in medicine. Younger students, older students, parents, guardians, teachers and friends are always welcome!____________________A Q&amp;A will follow the lecture.Please note: for data protection and safeguarding reasons the catchup recording will contain only the lecture and not the Q&amp;A with student questions._____________________You can book to attend this event in person, watch it via livestream or get a link to watch it on catchup
