This special edition of Put Into Practice, Bristol’s illustrators meet-up will be co-hosted by legendary Bristol illustrator, freelance artist and award-winning comics creator, <a href="https://www.jaydeperkin.com/" title="https://www.jaydeperkin.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Jayde Perkin</a>.Jayde is author of <a href="https://www.bookisland.co.uk/products/mums-jumper" title="https://www.bookisland.co.uk/products/mums-jumper" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mum’s Jumper</a> and her beautiful work often explores themes of nature, emotions, mindfulness and grief - so expect some gentle and thoughtful drawing prompts along those lines throughout the session.We’ll all meet at the main entrance on Bath Road, then head into the grounds for a wander and draw. There’ll be time to sit, draw, reflect, and chat, and we'll take a lunch break in the middle. There’s a cafe and toilets on site, but feel free to bring along your own food, drinks and snacks too.
