How is the event structured?

The two-hour meeting is structured as 55 minutes of panel presentation, a ten-minute break, and then 55 minutes of small and large group  discussion

Will the meeting be recorded?

HHG record the first part of the meeting for our Experiences in Communities archive collection.  Questions 'from the floor' are not possible in this first hour, although attendees may comment in the 'chat'. The discussions in the second hour are not recorded.

May I protect my identity as an attendee?

Accepted Answer

Zoom allows you to rename yourself and if you use an anonymised email when booking your ticket, HHG (and other attendees) will not know who you are, and you may keep your camera off during the first half of the event. We do ask that you have 'camera on' for the small group discussions.

Question 4

Who will be presenting?

Accepted Answer

These events replace the Maxwell Jones Lectures where experts by training gave keynote speeches. HHG  hosts events in a democratic way. People who lived at one of the DTCs will hold the majority on the panel and the role of Chair. For HHG, the discussions - and you as attendees - are the main event!
