How may heatwaves affect the function of internal organs? How does Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) interpret and respond to these climatic changes?In this talk, Mr. Jeff Lau will introduce TCM-based health preservation strategies for summer, including appropriate foods and herbal soups to support family wellness during the warmer months.Questions are welcome and will be addressed during the session.講者介紹劉嘉頴中醫師香港註冊中醫師。2008年畢業於香港中文大學中醫全科學士。曾於香港慈善機構及私營診所工作超過十年，擅長以中藥調理感冒、咳嗽、腸胃不適、皮膚問題及痛症。近年專注照顧家中幼兒，積累中醫兒科及家庭調養經驗，冀以中醫理念支援家庭健康。About the speakerMr. Jeff Lau is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner of Hong Kong. He graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in TCM. He has accumulated over ten years of clinical experience in both charitable organizations and private clinics in Hong Kong. He specializes in using herbal medicine to manage colds, coughs, digestive disorders, skin conditions, and pain. In recent years, he has focused on caring for his young children, gaining hands-on experience in pediatric care and family wellness. He is committed to promoting family health through the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
