A supportive research community is vital for researchers to thrive. The pandemic has completely transformed the ways our communities interact; gone are the coffee catch ups and corridor encounters. While we are all looking forward to the coming ‘unlockdown’, it is safe to assume that many of our pandemic practices are here to stay. So how can we recreate those spaces and foster stimulating professional relationships while maintaining digital wellbeing?Drawing inspiration from <a href="http://cafescientifique.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Café Scientifique</a>, research librarian, <a href="https://twitter.com/msiowaintheuk" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Katherine Stephan</a>, has been running interdisciplinary Research Café’s at <a href="https://www.ljmu.ac.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Liverpool John Moores University</a>. She will be talking about how these events have been successfully relocated to an online space and continue to benefit researchers.<a href="https://twitter.com/tylershores" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Tyler Shores</a> is the Manager of the <a href="https://twitter.com/thinklabcam?lang=en" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">ThinkLab Program </a>at the <a href="https://www.cam.ac.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">University of Cambridge</a> and is interested in academic social media use and digital wellbeing.
