Professor Wong is a leading expert in suicide prevention, youth mental health, and social inclusion. With over 120 publications, he leads multiple major research projects on mental health, autism, incarceration, and grief support. He is also Programme Director of the MSSc (Counselling), advisor to various NGOs and government bodies, and a recipient of multiple research and knowledge exchange awards.In this talk he will be exploring the link between gambling and suicidality in Hong Kong - context, challenges, and the urgent need for research and action.Lunch will be provided and a chance to mingle with colleagues and speak to Dr Wong.
