GO! Southampton is the Business Improvement District in the city centre.  It is led and funded by local businesses and exists to make improvements to the city centre in terms of experience, marketing and business.

<ul><li>Looking to improve and learn more about wellbeing?</li><li>Want to get out with some like-minded people and make real connections?</li><li>Always said you would have a break from your office or improve your wellbeing but never committed?</li><li>Not sure? ever been for a walk and got back and wished you never went?</li></ul>Then sign up for our Wednesday wellbeing walks!These free lunchtime walks are a fantastic way to improve your wellbeing, socialise with others (face-to-face) and discover Southampton’s award-winning green spaces.Run by Mark Darcy, the proud Founder of New Forest Wellbeing, each Wednesday walk will last no longer than 30 minutes and start and end in the same place. Go at your own pace, listen to nature and connect with others. It’s an ideal way to get away from your office or workspace, and you’ll still have time to enjoy your lunch.What will you get from these walks?These walks will help you reduce stress and hopefully leave you feeling less overwhelmed, happier and learn how to improve your wellbeing. Now that's 30 minutes well spent!Who can join these walks?These wellbeing walks are suitable for everyone and are a great way to get out of the office, breathe in some fresh air and make use of our Green Flag-awarded parks.🌳 Looking after children while working at home? Bring them along! Have a small furry friend? This will mean someone else can take your space and enjoy the benefits.
