Grief is like a private group made up of various subgroups, everyone fits into a subgroup but is affected differently.

The event will be hosted by Maxine Brown who is an experienced coach in grief and has an understanding both professionally and personally of what it is like feel grief and to learn to live life again.
We will be sharing stories and helping each other to look for a new focus to enhance life’s new journey.
It will be a completely safe environment for you to be able to express how you are feeling.
