Taking action on racial inequalities: In Convo with North American Anchors

The Health Anchors Learning Network (HALN) is a UK-wide network for people who are interested in, or responsible for, anchor approaches to share ideas, knowledge and skills. Through individual and collective learning, participants will become better equipped to implement anchor strategies in practice. This will help maximise the health and care system’s social, economic and environmental impact, improve the social determinants of health and help reduce inequalities. The network is delivered by Innovation Unit and supported by the Health Foundation and NHS England and NHS Improvement.

Speakers from anchor institutions in North America share how they use their role as anchors to tackle racial inequalities.

This webinar will bring together speakers from anchor institutions in North America that have made progress on how they use their role as anchors to tackle racial inequalities. It will focus on practical action that UK health anchors can learn from and include time for participant Q&amp;A. This event will be in webinar mode, so your camera and mic will not be on. You can interact with speakers and other participants via the chat and Q&amp;A.
