An exciting opportunity to work with our professional chef learning many essential basic cooking skills.  Ideal for anyone.

So many meals start with the real basics, but if you haven’t got those, even simple recipes can seem daunting. This 5-week online course will cover:<ul><li> All the essential cooking skills you need to be able to make a variety of delicious, </li><li>Quick and easy dishes. </li>Our friendly, professional chef will take you through a variety of different recipes demonstrating skills and techniques to get the best results at your pace. And he’s always there to answer your questions – you don’t get that from a Youtube video! </ul>You’ll learn to make a divine, rich tomato sauce and how to diversify into other meals, authentic, but simple and easy to prepare curries, basic white sauce – essential for so many dishes, basic baking skills, knife skills, cooking techniques and so much more.Every Thursday form 29th April- Thursday 27th May, 14.00-16.00Once you have registered on Eventbrite, we will send you a link to the Greenwich Council Web Enrol page, where you must enrol to confirm your place. Once you have done this, we will send you the recipes and ingredients list, and the link to log on using Zoom.YOU WILL NOT RECIVE THE LINK or RECIPES UNLESS YOU HAVE ENROLED ONTO THIS COURSEPLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL &amp; EMAILS REGULARY FOR UPDATES
