Kadampa Meditation Centre Nottingham (KMC Nottingham) was founded 30 years ago by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, as a place of peace and public benefit in the heart of Nottingham where everyone can learn about meditation and modern Buddhism to find practical solution to life’s problems through developing wisdom and compassion. Guided meditations available for month of April

Meditations to relax body and mind, achieve inner peace and mental clarity, and develop a kind and patient attitude towards others. Nine simple guided meditations that can be practised by anyone. With regular practice, these meditations help us to experience inner peace and mental clarity, and to increase our love and compassion for others.Gen Gakyi will introduce and guide these meditations, which will be available to be enjoyed for the whole of April.You can choose from one of three sets of meditations - or all nine:-JUST BREATHE: Three simple guided meditations that can be practised by anyone. The teacher for this course is Gen Kelsang Gakyi, Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Nottingham, much respected for her ability to present Buddha’s teachings with warmth, humour and clarity.
