<h3>𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝗺𝗺𝗲𝘀!</h3>🇫🇷🚲☀️🇫🇷🚲☀️🇫🇷🚲☀️🇫🇷🚲☀️The women's tour promises to be an exciting one this year so we're calling all women + no-binary of the pink crew to join us to celebrate!The pros will be on their second stage on the Sunday, but it's a flat stage, so we'll do something more akin to their first stage. They'll be tackling 79km with a mixture of flat then 3 climbs, we'll be doing something similar but condensed into 66km, starting with Cheshire flats before three lumpier sections, climbing up the Côte d'Artistes (Artists Lane) to the Wizard near Alderley Edge, before a steady climb from Prestbury to Bollington.A short sharp climb for the puncheurs follows up the Mur de Sucre (Sugar Lane) out of Bollington, then we're onto rolling terrain near Poynton for the peleton to get back together before the final sprint train down the A6. Unfortunately, traffic lights might stop any race winning moves, but we'll end up back at Station South for the post-ride interviews (or just some coffee and cake)Distance: 66km / 41 milesRoute : <a href="https://www.strava.com/routes/3375056987701643846" title="https://www.strava.com/routes/3375056987701643846" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">[CLICK]</a>Elevation: 530m / 1740ftPace: Cappuccino - 24-26kph / 15-16mph. We'll move quite speedily on the flat and rolling sections of the route and regroup at the top of the climbsType: Group road rideStop: we won't stop for food or drink until we get back to Station South, so make sure you're prepped with enough snacks and waterBooking : Most of the ride spots have gone on Spond [where Pink organise all of their rides] so please only book on via EventBrite if you're not [yet!] on Spond. ++++ <h4>If for any reason your circumstances change and you can no longer join us, please cancel your slot on EventBrite with as much warning as possible and we can give your space to someone else. The size of the group is limited to keep ratios safe, thank you!&nbsp;</h4>How we ride: Our goal is to be a friendly and inclusive cycle club. To achieve this aim we expect all riders to:- Look out for each other- Be friendly and supportive to all riders- Be self-sufficient (e.g. bring appropriate spares and supplies)
