This Masterclass is suitable for those who currently mentor individuals  and/or who are likely to mentor individuals

This Masterclass is suitable for those who currently mentor individuals (formally or informally) and/or who are likely to mentor individuals as part of their role. The session will include discussion of the importance of mentoring individuals to develop successful and effective academic careers and important behaviours and factors to consider in this role. The event will be 3 hours’ duration and delivered online. Please note that you must be an Academy member to attend.
