Having great meeting skills and making sure you get what you want out of each meeting is simply a matter of knowing how show-up, speak-up and follow-up.Employers need you to show-up with your ideas, your input and your point of view to problem solving. Employers want you to speak-up with challenge, debate and new information in meetings. Employers expect you to follow-up with data, and results. This can seem overwhelming, especially if you are uncomfortable speaking-up, are an introvert or experiencing anxiety at the thought of contributing your ideas in a team meeting. Help is here.
