Anyone who leads, influences, or works with others—whether formally or informally. It's ideal for team leaders, coaches, consultants, managers, educators, aspiring speakers, and people-focused professionals interested in real change and culture.

Do I need to have attended TEDx BlackMountain?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. While we draw inspiration from TEDx Black Mountain, you don’t need any TEDx experience. You’ll benefit from honest stories and practical insights about leadership and change—suitable for any organisational context.

What is the dress code?

Casual to smart-casual. We want you to feel comfortable and ready to engage—not stiff or formal, but ready to think and connect.

Will there be an opportunity to network?

Yes! We start with networking from 09:00, and end with an open session to connect, ask questions, and chat with Core Impact and guest speakers. It’s a core part of the experience.

Is there a break during the event?

Yes. We include a mid-morning break so you can stretch, refresh, reflect on what you’ve heard, or connect with others.

Will there be refreshments?

We include basic refreshments during the networking periods (from 09:00 and after the main sessions). The main focus is conversation, connection, and creating space to build relationships. We'll have you away for lunch time!

How long is the event?

The event is from 09:30–12:45, with networking from 09:00. We’ve structured it to be impactful, energising, and respectful of your time.

Is the event accessible for people with disabilities?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the venue is accessible. A lift is available to access the event space, and there is on-site parking.
