Can i bring my own food or drink?

No outside food or drink is permitted. We have a fully stocked bar and tables can be booked online for the restaurant area, where you can dine before the event.

What time do the doors open?

Check-in starts as stated on your ticket/event page. You're very welcome to arrive earlier, grab a drink at the bar, and enjoy the atmosphere before the event kicks off.

Is there parking and can i leave my car overnight?

Yes- we have a large free car park. you are welcome to leave your car overnight entirely at your own risk and it must be collected by 11am the following morning.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, we have a step free access to the function room and garden, and accessible toilets are located nearby.

Can i pay on the door?

No, all events are ticket-only and must be purchased in advance. We cannot guarantee entry on the night without a valid ticket.

Can i reserve a table or seats?

Unfortunately, we cannot reserve seats or tables in the events- it's first come, first served.

Tickets are none-refundable except in the event of cancellation or major rescheduling by the venue. Please see our full terms at purchase.

Can i re-enter the venue if i step outside?

yes! Once you've checked in, you'll receive a wristband that allows you to come and go between the function room, garden, and bar areas.

Yes-this is an 18+ venue and we operate Challenge 21. Please bring valid photo ID (driving licence, passport or PASS-approved card)

Finish times vary by event and are shown on your ticket/event page. Last entry is usually 9pm or as advertised.
