What are the ticket prices?

We have two ticket prices available. General Admission is just £40 and includes a glass of fizz and mince pie on arrival. VIP tickets are £90 and offer premium seating and also include access to a sparkling and canape reception after the event.

Are children welcome?

Yes children are welcome to attend and while all children are welcome, we recommend the concert for those aged 13 and above, due to the length and nature of the performance. For safety and safeguarding reasons, all under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately parking is not included available at the venue and we would recommend you use public transport to attend the event. However, parking in the streets around the venue is available on parking meters. The nearest car parks are can be found at NCP London Cadogan Place.

Question 4

What time should I arrive?

The doors open at 6.30pm for a 7pm start. We recommend arriving early as seats are not reserved and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. VIP tickets will be reserved in premium positions.

Can I buy tickets on the night?

Accepted Answer

No, tickets are only available in advance and may sell out quickly. It’s recommended to book early to avoid disappointment.

Are there toilets available?

Yes, toilet facilities are available before, during, and after the event.

Is seating reserved?

Accepted Answer

VIP tickets will have reserved seating in a premium position in the church. For General admission tickets  seating is first-come, first-served, and some seats may have restricted views. We recommend arriving early to find your seats.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, but if you have specific access requirements, please contact the Special Events team at ChildlinesCarolConcert@NSPCC.org.uk in advance.

How long does the event last?

The concert will run until approximately 8.30pm, with the VIP post event reception ending at 9.30pm.

Will refreshments be provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes, guests will be welcomed with a mince pie and a glass of fizz upon arrival. VIP tickets will include a post event reception with drinks and canapes.

Where does the money raised go?

Accepted Answer

All proceeds support Childline, helping provide life-changing services to children in need.

Can I donate even if I can’t attend?
