We host walks, swimming coached sessions, triathlon events, and panel discussions.

Surrey Docks Fitness & Water Sports Centre

To complement Southwark Councils, Move Games Programme the Black Tri Tribe (BTT) will be on hand offering the opportunity to Improve your swimming technique, build confidence in the water, and unlock your full potential in the water.Program Details:<ul><li>Duration: 1 Hour Sessions (4pm to 5pm: Saturdays)</li><li>Date: September 6th</li><li>Location: Surrey Docks Fitness and Water Sports Centre</li></ul>Who Should Join:Open Water Swimming session for swimmers competent and confident in deep water.If you are not used to swimming in open water, now is a good time to start under our supervision and guidance in the 30m closed section. If you’re a confident swimmer with a love for the outdoors then come and join our 300m swimming loop with inspiring views of the city skyline.<h4>What to bring: All swimmers must wear a coloured swim hat and a tow float. If you don’t have a tow float, we have some available to purchase at the centre.</h4>Wet suits must be worn if water temperature is lower than 16 degrees. Please bring a wet suit to each session in the event that water temperature drops below 16 degrees. Changing room facilities are available at the centre. Please bring a padlock for your belongings.<h4>Swim safety: Sessions available are dependent on weather conditions and water temperature. All our sessions are fully supervised by our qualified safety team.</h4>Water testing is very important to us and is tested regularly at many locations around the docks. This is in accordance with EU bathing standards and is always marked as Excellent.All swimmers must attend the water safety briefing prior to each session and sign a waiver form.
