Shopfront Dinner of Decadence by Clara Isenmann and Artwat Thursday 7-9pm (behind the glass/Zoom/Facebook Live) Shopfront Dinner of Decadence is an interactive, magical surreal and theatrical live banquet of weird creatures behind a pane of glass and live on Zoom. The Shopfront Dinner invites you to dine with us: put on your most enormous hat, costumes and multiple layers of make up and have dinner together with our strange fellows. Recite poems or let us recite them, listen to stories and songs and let theatre seep into your daily life. But who is feeding who, what is in that soup, who is crawling under the table and will anyone ever get to eat? A durational exploration of theatre and food through the life of the clown, adventuring into consumption, sensuousness and playfulness, tender cruelty and voyeurism. The curtains of Spinner and Webber will be open for this show and passers-by will become, unwittingly or willingly, part of the unfolding experience. Das Shopfront Dinner läd dich ein mit uns zu essen: Pack deine voluminösesten Hüte und Kostüme aus, trag mehrere Schichten Make-Up auf und speise gemeinsam mit den seltsamen Kreaturen zu Abend. Rezitiere Gedichte oder lass sie rezitieren, lausche Geschichten und Gesängen und lass Theater in deinen Alltag sickern. Aber wer füttert hier eigentlich wen, was ist in dieser Suppe drin, wer kriecht da unter dem Tisch und wird überhaupt jemand je zu essen bekommen?Eine andauernde Exploration von der Verbindung von Theater und alltäglichen Ritualen, das Leben des Clowns, Konsum, Sinnlichkeit, Verspieltheit, zarter Grausamkeit und Voyeurismus. Die Vorhänge von Spinner und Webber werden für diese Show geöffnet sein und die Passanten werden, unwissentlich oder willentlich, Teil des sich entfaltenden Erlebnisses.
