Absolutely not. This space is for anyone who feels the call to explore their story — whether you’ve never written before or have shelves full of journals. This is about expression, not perfection. If you can feel, you can write.

What kind of writing will we be doing?

You’ll be guided through reflective, intuitive writing, think journal entries, poetic fragments, short stories from your life. This is writing from the soul, not for an audience. Prompts will be gentle, evocative, and open-ended. Expect streams of consciousness.

Will sessions be recorded?

If you are unable to make it, I will record it for you.

What do I need to bring?

Just a journal, a pen, and an open heart. A candle, a cup of tea, or any grounding ritual is welcome too, whatever helps you arrive fully. If anything else is needed, you will be informed.

I’m nervous about sharing, do I have to?

No pressure to share anything aloud. While there will be space for optional sharing, you are always in choice. This is your journey. You’ll be lovingly held whether you speak or simply listen and the invite is there.

What if I’ve never worked with archetypes before?

You don’t need any prior knowledge. Each archetype will be introduced in a way that’s accessible and deeply experiential. You’ll connect with them through stories, writing, and reflection.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If your body softened, your heart stirred, or something inside whispered “yes” while reading the invitation, trust that. This isn’t about logic. It’s a soul-led space for the curious, the creative, and the courageous.
