Many of us, and our family or friends need, or will need, help maintaining our well-being, or caring for ourselves. If you are any of these people, and you live in or near the area served by Preseli GP Practice, would you like more say and control over the care and well-being services?

What are your thoughts about local care provision? Would you want help from within your community to help you to continue to live at home? Do you help a family member or neighbour now, or know someone who does?

Alongside a survey of all interested residents and households locally, today’s workshop is a chance to discuss and discover more about the potential proposals for a locally run and delivered care cooperative service.
