Margam Castle - Living History Tour & Talk

Join our knowledgable Castle tour guides for a tour of the first floor rooms of Margam Castle.

The whole concept for the "Living History Project" came about following conversations with members of the local community. The one thing missing from the town was a museum and local history. Through the help and generosity of the local community and local shops the Friends of Margam Park were able to obtain through donations, antique furniture, artwork and other items relevant to Margam Castle or the time period (1800's). Some of these items were originally owned by the Talbot family and had been sold at the Margam Estate Auction in 1941.

We are so excited to be able to share with you these items.
