What do I need to take part?

You might like to have a yoga mat or other comfortable surface to practise on, a cushion for meditation, a blanket for relaxation, and some water.  Please wear something comfortable which you can move around in.  If possible, please wear white clothing and cover your head with a bandana or similar.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely!  There is no need to have any yoga or meditation experience.  All of the exercises will be thoroughly explained, along with any modifications or alternatives, so you can do what is right for you.

Question 3

Which style of yoga is it?

Accepted Answer

I teach and practise Hatha, Yin, and Kundalini yoga.  The full moon yoga set and meditation are from Kundalini yoga,  and the moon salutations are from Hatha yoga.
