Come one, come all! After months of being locked away, it's time to open up, express ourselves, and find joy in movement and community again. This style of fitness workshop has been inspired by physical theatre, dancing at festivals, and a lifetime of exercising for strength and health. Think creative, free flow dancing, interactive games, low-impact bodyweight squats, and bridges, mixed with crawling on all fours and everything in between. An expansive, creative workout for the body and mind, sure to leave you with a huge smile. Meeting at the public notice board in the center of the Sydenham Wells park.
