Come one, come all! After months of being locked away, it&#x27;s time to open up, express ourselves, and find joy in movement and community again. This style of fitness workshop has been inspired by physical theatre, dancing at festivals, and a lifetime of exercising for strength and health. Think creative, free flow dancing, interactive games, low-impact bodyweight squats, and bridges, mixed with crawling on all fours and everything in between. An expansive, creative workout for the body and mind, sure to leave you with a huge smile. Meeting at the public notice board in the center of the Sydenham Wells park.
