A workshop to increase your knowledge of Long Covid, how it can affect work abilities and how you can assist employees to return to work.

<p>Long Covid is as new as Covid. It is a condition that impacts on employee ability to do physical and mental tasks. This workshop explains - </p><ul><li>how it can affect employees, </li><li>red flag symptoms and what employees should not be doing</li><li>how to know when an employee may be ready to return to work</li><li>what employees with symptoms are likely to need to do when back at work</li><li>work activities that may trigger an increase of symptoms</li><li>how to return an employee to work</li><li>adjustments</li><li>signpost to creditable resources</li></ul><p>It will be both a presentation of slides and time to ask questions and talk about this bewildering illness. </p>
