To mark  mentaL health awareness week. This event celebrates the sights and sounds of nature using sound healing, breath and visualisation.

The importance of our breath is a growing part of wellbeing practices including trauma related work. We can change our energy and mood by directing the flow of our breathing. Sound healing uses a whole range of instruments to support the flow and release of energy in and around the body. These two modalities together allow the body to deeply relax and let go of stress and tension.Find a comfortable space to lie or sit down. Somewhere you will be warm and comfortable throughout the session. No need to interact unless you want to.After the session you should drink plenty of water and continue to relax if possible.Sound healing does have contra-indications for sound induced epilepsy.
