This event is designed for families, parents, carers, and children aged 10 and above. You don’t need to be fit, flexible or have any martial arts experience, just a willingness to learn together.

Yes, absolutely! The session is designed to be beginner-friendly and inclusive for all fitness levels. You’ll be guided step-by-step by our experienced teachers and guest experts.

The workshop is best suited for children aged 10+, along with a parent, carer or responsible adult. Older siblings, guardians, and extended family are welcome to attend as well.
