This event is designed for families, parents, carers, and children aged 10 and above. You don’t need to be fit, flexible or have any martial arts experience, just a willingness to learn together.

You’ll learn how to spot danger early, stay calm under pressure, use voice and body language to deter threats, and create safe distance. It’s about awareness, not aggression, practical tools to help families stay confident, calm and safe in everyday situations.

Yes, absolutely! The session is designed to be beginner-friendly and inclusive for all fitness levels. You’ll be guided step-by-step by our experienced teachers and guest experts.

The workshop is best suited for children aged 10+, along with a parent, carer or responsible adult. Older siblings, guardians, and extended family are welcome to attend as well.
