Be one of 23 yogis who joins us for a special in person Yin Yoga event led by Yoga Soul studio owner Samuel Nwokeka at the Manchester studio to raise funds for the Coronavirus crisis in India. If you&#x27;ve not tried Yin Yoga before don&#x27;t worry, it&#x27;s a practise for all abilities. In Yin yoga you hold the poses for longer so that the deeper tissues in our body can get the benefit.This helps to target the deep fascia networks of the body and to improve energy flow, revitalising the physical body and the emotional body too.The event is part of our MANifetso yoga campaign where we are celebrating our male teachers and encouraging more men and beginners to take to the mat. The class is completely free but we are asking for donations.All donations will be given to the British Asian Trust for their Oxygen for India Emergency Appeal, helping those who require oxygen treatment or emergency support during the huge surge in coronavirus cases in India, funds will also go toward helping the poorest people in South Asia rebuild their lives following the pandemic.<a href="https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/wuufly-yoga" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Donate here</a>
