How long does the experience last?

About 45 minutes, including time in the Elf waiting room, time with Father Christmas and a Souvenir photos and a festive treat.

Question 2

Where can I park?

The car park immediately outside the Hall can get very busy. You may need to park on the overflow car park, so please make sure you have appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear, especially if the weather is icy.

Question 3

Will there be a gift from Father Christmas?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the experience includes a gift, this usually includes a picture book along with a Christmas novelty item.

Question 4

Can I book a table to eat at Bake and Roast whilst we are visiting?

Question 5

I can no longer attend, can I get my money back?

Accepted Answer

This is a non-refundable event. Where there is availability we can try to swap you to a different time slot but once all slots have sold out we will be unable to do this. Please check you have booked the correct date and time slot before paying.

Question 6

Can I take my own photos when we meet Father Christmas?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, we encourage you to take your own pictures and to share these with us, we love seeing how much people have enjoyed their day.

Question 7

Can I bring extra adults?

Accepted Answer

Each ticket is for ONE child and two adults.  If you buy two tickets, this would admit two children and up to FOUR adults.  If you wish to bring extra adults, this is subject to availability and there will be a pay on the day fee of £3 per additional adult/carer
