Come and join us outside clubbing next to the tennis courts at Potterne Park!Clubbercise is an easy to follow dance fitness class suitable for all fitness levels. As an advocate of mental health and wellbeing, these sessions will be FREE to anyone who wants to join in and feel the HUGE benefits of exercising (and the fresh air!)I have been provided with some fantastic literature from Dorset Mind, which will be available for you to take away if you can find it useful in these challenging times. There will be a collection tin, raising money for this fantastic local charity but the sessions are free and any donations are completely voluntary.Suitable for everyone aged 8+Please ensure you wear clothing suitable for exercise and trainers.Classes are socially distanced and COVID compliant:Please ensure you follow the current guidelines concerning face coverings in public places. Due to the COVID regulations, I am currently unable to loan out glow sticks. They can be purchased for £5 per pair or are not compulsory at this time.Health DeclarationIn order to participate in these fitness classes, you will need to read, review and agree to the following Health Declaration.Diagnosis/Positive TestIn the past 14 days, I have not been diagnosed with the coronavirus illness or had a positive Lateral Flow Test result.Physical ContactIn the past 14 days, I have NOT been in physical contact with a person diagnosed with the coronavirus illness or with a positive Lateral Flow Test result.ResidenceI do NOT share a residence with a person who has been diagnosed with the coronavirus illness or had a positive Lateral Flow Test result.SymptomsI am NOT currently experiencing or have experiences in the past 14 days, any of the symptom commonly associated with the coronavirus illness .Fit to exerciseI confirm that I am fit to exercise and have do not have any medical conditions that would impede my ability to exercise. I will discuss any relevant existing conditions with the instructor prior to participation to ensure any necessary adaptations can be made/considered.
