The Food Works SW team are coming to you! For those that are unable to get to our site in Weston-super-Mare, we will be setting up at locations around the area to meet and deliver support. A chance to meet the experts and discuss how we can support you/your business through the FDSI.Each location also has a kitchen available for us to hire to work with you on your product development.For the Bath edition, we will be at Komedia, Bath city centre. When booking your ticket, please select the time you'd like to come in and which member of the team you'd like to meet. If you're not sure which team member you need, don't worry - you can select either and we can talk through what you and your business needs when we meet you.Zoe Plant, our NPD and Innovation manager can help you with product development, scale up, nutritional anaylsis, shelf life extension.Beth, our Technical Manager can help you with label checks, shelf life assessment, HACCP, lab testing analysis, compliance and certification support including SALSA and BRCGS.We look forward to meeting you.<h3>West of England</h3><h3>Food and Drink Support Initiative</h3>Funded support is currently available to new and existing food and drink businesses - funded by the West of England Councils, West of England Combined Authority and North Somerset Council and being provided by the Future Food Partnership CIC through The Food WorksSW.The West of England Food and Drink Support Scheme (WoEFDSI) is open to food producers, manufacturers, hospitality and food service businesses based in the area to help with technical and food development challenges faced by the businessesThe support can be delivered remotely or onsite depending on your business needs.<h3></h3>Booking:Eligibility criteria:<ul><li>This scheme is open to start ups, micro and small and medium sized food/drink enterprises.</li><li>Businesses/individuals based in the Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire areas.</li></ul>The Food WorksSWThe Food WorksSW is a dynamic food and drink innovation centre.
