A BBQ lunch experience with chef, presenter and award-winning author, Theo Michaels

Join Masterchef contestant, award-winning cookbook author, TV chef and local Hertfordshire celebrity, Theo Michaels, for this one-of-a-kind BBQ lunch experience!Enjoy 8 mouth-wateringly delicious BBQ dishes and use Theo&#x27;s tips and tricks to impress your friends and family at home.Bring a friend... or a few!A superb alfresco lunch, cooked live on the Big Green Egg and Braaimaster wood-fired oven, with plenty of opportunity to interact throughout. The experience includes:<ul><li>A welcome cocktail</li><li>On the Braaimaster:</li></ul>                Butterflied pork shoulder with fennel seed and lemon marinade                Seared mackerel fillets with cheat green salsa                Charred Caesar salad on the grill<ul><li>Fresh from the pizza oven:</li></ul>                Salt baked sea bream + asparagus                On the Big Green Egg:                Lightly smoked side of salmon + harissa yogurt dressing<ul><li>On the table and throughout: a variety of salads, honey halloumi, Greek sausages, squid with chilli dressing </li></ul>PLUS<ul><li>Have a go on the Big Green Egg, live fire Braaimaster BBQ and ALFA pizza oven</li><li>Soft drinks throughout </li><li>Wine and beer served </li><li>An opportunity to ask Theo any questions and benefit from his top tips</li><li>Fun... it&#x27;s always fun with Theo around!</li></ul>
