Master the art of delivering change
The Agile Master for NHS is an immersive training programme. Designed specifically for the NHS, it blends theory, exercises and NHS examples to develop a thorough working knowledge of how to use agile. You learn how to use agile to manage change, improve care and reduce managers and teams feeling overwhelmed.
Who should attend
Practice and PCN Managers, Clinical leads, Head of services, GP Partners, Business managers and Medical or Nursing directors
