Master the art of delivering change
The Agile Master for Service Managers is an immersive programme. Designed specifically for local government leaders, it blends theory, exercises and examples to develop a thorough working knowledge of how to use agile. You learn how to use agile to deliver service improvements and achieve meaningful savings whilst still running a frontline service.
