Our spectacular display features 600 drones, creating a mesmerising visual experience.

Yes, the drone show will be narrated, enhancing the storytelling and overall experience.

Are carers eligible for free entry?

Accepted Answer

Carers can attend for free but they must provide valid proof upon entry. If no valid proof is provided or if the ID is deemed invalid, the individual will be required to purchase a full-price ticket. We will accept Carers card, Allowance letter, DLA/PIP letter, Access card (showing you require a +1)

What type of event is Rudolph The Reindeer?

Rudolph is an open-air, standing event. We encourage comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear to fully enjoy the experience.

What footwear should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Some areas of the site are on grass so we advise that you wear appropriate footwear and consider the weather.

Can I get a refund or change my ticket type ?

Accepted Answer

We operate a strict no refund policy, however we have an official ticket reselling partner called Tixel where you can safely sell your tickets if you wish. Ticket type transfers are possible if there is availability, However there may be a cost depending on the tickets.

Will the event go ahead if there is adverse weather?

In the event of adverse weather conditions there is a possibility that the event will be postponed to a later date. All attendees will be informed via email and SMS messaging.

Can I park at the venue ?

Parking is available at the venue and the car park will be open from 1.00pm and will close at 7pm. Tickets will start from £7 and can be booked : https://parkthecarhere.com/CarPark.aspx?eventid=9785

Do you do NHS or Blue light discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on Blue light cards. Please use code BL10 to redeem your discount. ID’s will be checked at the door.

Yes, We offer a 10% Student discount, your student ID card will be checked at the door. Use ST10 to redeem your discount.

Are fairground rides & the  gaming stalls included in the ticket prices?

Please note that all activities, food and beverages are available to purchase separately. Please bring cash for the fairground rides

Do children under 3 need a ticket?

No, children under 3 will not need a ticket and will be granted free entry to the show.

Can I bring my own food/drink?

A wide variety of food stalls and vendors will be available at the event so we kindly ask that visitors do not bring their own food or drink, with the exception of bottled water, baby food or items required for medical reasons
